Our K-Guard+® surface protection system uses PU technology to provide a hygienic and durable finish.

Provides superior protection from everyday wear and tear (0.5mm).

Gives every Karndean product its highly realistic and natural appearance. Showcasing the unique design of each Karndean product; handcrafted for one-of-a-kind beautiful floors.

This layer assists with dimensional stability and aids indentation resistance and recovery. The fiberglass-enhanced layer helps the product to lay flat and level, increasing dimensional stability and mechanical strength.

Using proven click-lock technology, installers can quickly and easily lock planks together. 2G™ and 5G® are a patented technology invented by Välinge Innovation AB. The 2G™ and 5G® word marks and logo are registered trademarks owned by Välinge Innovation AB. Some of our rigid core products feature the added security of the 5G® click-locking mechanism, covered by our HoldSafe® lifetime warranty, which guarantees securely locked planks will remain locked in for life.

Our K-Wave friction grip backing creates a strong bond to the subfloor using a combination of weight and friction.

Our proprietary K-Core® technology ensures a stronger, more stable core for installation over most existing hard floors without the worry of exposing subfloor imperfections, and it’s 100% waterproof.

Our pre-attached acoustic foam backing makes our rigid core products quieter to walk on than laminate or engineered hard floors, and reduces noise transfer to rooms below.

Loose lay vinyl flooring

Installation: Loose lay vinyl flooring can be installed with a light tackifier adhesive. The planks or tiles are simply laid over the subfloor, fitting together snugly due to their weight and design.
